Our doula services can be tailored to your specific needs and may include: in home company, light housework & meal prep, assistance with activities of daily living, shopping, prep for baby and each trimester, nursery organization, coordination of hair stylist & nail care (in-home), sibling care, birth and postpartum plan creation, emotional support & prenatal, birth & postpartum education. We also offer 24/7 on call text communication for those late night questions, concerns and cravings! We do more than just provide Tampa doula services, we make sure you feel great!
Also great for those who may not be too comfortable with in person birth support but wants hands on private childbirth education and someone to watch older siblings during laboring, birthing and early postpartum time.

Labor & birth doula services
The new baby stage is magical but it can also be overwhelming. It is a time of self discovery as a new parent and also a time where self care is vital for the health of you and your new baby.
Our postpartum doulas, nannies and newborn care specialists are here to help you every step of the way.
Our team has expertise in the immediate after birth, newborn and infant care they can provide info & support on diapering, newborn cues, feeding including breastfeeding support, bathing, and other needs your baby may have. Additionally, we come without bias and want to meet you where you are and help you identify your parenting style while ensuring that you are able to fully enjoy your fourth trimester with your little gift.
Based on your identified area of necessity, postpartum doula services may include: newborn care, light housekeeping, lactation support, holistic postpartum services, meal prep, local errands, assistance with siblings, lactation support, and assistance in adjusting to the demands of being new parents or parents all over again.
Investment: services start at $35 per hour
Postpartum doula & nanny care
Many of our doulas meet Carrot & Maven requirements and are HSA/FSA eligible.
