Our labor support doula services are unique to the need of birthing individual and partner, and may include but are not limited to:
Birth plan assistance
Preparation in communicating more effectively with your care provider
Work with you and partner to prepare in the area of relaxation and coping techniques for the big birthday
One-on-one education including private birth education as well additional educational resources
Unlimited virtual (phone, text, email) communication from initiation of contract
Complete face to face support once labor commences
Prenatal and Postpartum visits
Lactation support and referral to additional resources if necessary
Assistance identifying additional providers such as photography, massage, pediatrician, belly casting.
